sadly i will be stopping my delivery as the milk man keeps going over next doors grass and leaving the milk bang in the middle of my step when ive requested twice im disabled please leave milk to the left of the door so i can use the hand rail to be able to pick my milk up

The milk tastes good. I had
Problem with the delivery. its delivered very early in the morning were all asleep at that time, the milk was left on the front door easily could be stolen. I called customer service and requested that the milk is left on the side door behind the shed so it’s not visible to people going past.
The last delivery was made as i had requested thank you. -

To be honest, I didn’t think the milk tasted any different at all to the supermarket milk that I buy. I frequently used milk vending machines in England where I have recently moved from, which was pasteurized on a low heat to retain the creaminess and was expecting similar but it just tastes watered down.
I tried to cancel, but I essentially was not allowed to by the person I spoke to on the phone.
When I did try to cancel, I was told it was the doorstop delivery that was good. Truth be told, this doesn’t make any difference to me due to the location in which I live. -
Like milk that’s from a trusted source unlike the supermarkets

I will definitely keep ordering the 1%. For a low fat product it tastes better than semi skimmed.

I’ve been a consumer of 1% milk for many years and have been exasperated by its extinction from all outlets thanks to covid. Mcqueens is now the sole source of 1% milk in the UK which is ludicrous enough, but having my account cancelled after the first delivery is a joke. Mcqueens-you should have checked the viability of my delivery Before signing me up and giving me hope that world hasn’t gone totally mad……wait….my bad….it actually has…….

Unfortunately the second week there were no deliveries at all and no email or text to exolain. I did send an email but got no reply and eventually I telephoned the company. Only to be told that the delivery driver would not deliver to my address as it was too far out and not viable. I was ok with this although disappointed but the fact no-one choose to let me know was inconvenient. I wish I could have my milk delivered by McQueens as the milk good and perhaps if more customers in my area emerge this can be possible. Maybe an advertising campaign would help?
