- 1 Banana
- 150 ml Yoghurt
- 250 ml McQueens Dairies Milk
Instructions
- Take your banana and slice it horizontally into small pieces. Pop the chopped banana into your smoothie maker or blender.
- Add your yoghurt to the blender. The yoghurt is optional but it makes for a protein-packed and creamy smoothie.
- Add your McQueens Dairies milk to the blender. You can choose from whole, semi or skimmed milk.
- Finally, blend until smooth and then serve.

- 150 ml Strawberry Yoghurt
- 1 Banana
- 15 g Strawberries
Instructions
- First, slice your strawberries in half and your banana into small pieces.
- Place your strawberries and banana into your smoothie maker or blender and add your McQueens Dairies milk and the strawberry yoghurt.
- Blend until smooth. You can add more milk if you find your smoothie too thick at first. Then serve and enjoy.
